Because we focus on personalized delivery and pickup, we don’t have traditional storefront hours. Here’s how it works:
Deliveries: We schedule deliveries within a pre-arranged window, ensuring your items arrive with plenty of time for your event or project.
Pickups/Returns: All rentals are scheduled for pickup by 11:00 AM the day after your rental period ends. This allows us to efficiently service all our customers.
Office/Contact Hours: For inquiries and booking, our team is available by phone and email from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
We offer contactless delivery and pickup for your convenience. You’ll choose a delivery window during booking, and we will deliver your items before your event begins. On the return date, we will pick up the items from the same location by 11:00 AM. Please ensure the items are ready and accessible for our team at the scheduled pickup time.
Our standard rental period is 24 hours, based on your delivery and pickup schedule. The rental day ends at 11:00 AM on the scheduled return date. If our team is unable to collect the items at that time (e.g., items are not accessible), an additional day’s rental charge will be applied.
We recommend booking as soon as you know your event date to ensure availability, especially for weekends and peak seasons. We can often accommodate last-minute rentals (subject to availability), so please don’t hesitate to call us.
A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days will forfeit their deposit. Please see our full Client Guidelines for complete details.
